Founder
A 30 year veteran in the United States Army Reserve, N’Gai has trained hundreds of Soldiers deploying to Iraq, Afghanistan and Kosvo in leadership, the Military Decision Making Process and lanes training for warrior skills. As a civilian, he has held senior leadership roles in managed care organizations, healthcare vendors, healthcare providers and software companies. He is trained in project management and lean six sigma. N’Gai has been married since 1999 and has two children in college. He is a Christian, first and foremost, an avid aquarist and enjoys playing basketball when his back allows it. His favorite car is his 2000 Mustang GT that has been built for speed (at the race track of course!!!).
